Population Mental Health: What? - Web Presentation
This web presentation on population mental health is the second in a series of six.
Published in March 2016.  Description.  Watch the video (20:08 - Flash).
This series is characterized by six questions for population mental health: Why? What? Who Where? When? and How? Over time, the NCCHPP will respond to these questions about population mental health through a program of web presentations.

While each web presentation will aim at answering a specific question which will orient its content, all the presentations have a common objective of guiding the viewer towards key resources.  This second web presentation answers the questions:

– What is a population mental health approach?
– What is the link between mental health and mental disorders?
– What is mental health and what are its determinants?
– What is meant by promoting mental health and reducing inequalities in mental health?

It also identifies resources that can serve as examples of some of the elements discussed.
